Dilkush believes that great opportunities are everywhere but the art of availing it has to be mastered. He joined Personality Development Course at Navjyoti right after completing his Grade X. He came to understand about the ongoing trends in the professional world and discovered his areas of improvement during the course. He not only discovered it, but made the efforts to improve it to the extent of mastery. He never lost focus on main stream studies and scored 93% marks in Commerce subjects in Grade XII.
Gauging his strengths, area of interest, and skillset, Navjyoti linked him with TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance for higher education. He got admitted in a three year integrated program at TKWS in the year 2014. He successfully completed B.Com (Hons.) and Advance Diploma in Banking and Finance post which he found job as a Credit Analyst by Hero Finance Corporation at a campus recruitment drive organized by TKWS.
Dilkush believes in contributing his bit for the betterment of the society for which he acts as an active volunteer at Navjyoti India Foundation and mentors the aspirants enrolled in various programs.
Dilkush feels elated to support his brother in fulfilling his aspirations and also his family where his father is a sales professional and mother a home maker. Dilkush is a confident being who has achieved milestones in life through hard work, tireless efforts, and focused approach. His approach to assist and guide others in a selfless manner makes him special everywhere and for everyone.
