Introduction
The 128-hour Data Entry Skills course under Project TechConnect offers a foundational understanding of essential computer and data management skills. Beginning with the fundamentals of computers, participants learn about data, hardware, software, and computer applications. The course provides in-depth training on MS Word, including document creation, formatting, editing, and advanced functions like mail merge. MS Excel modules cover data entry, formulas, charts, pivot tables, and creating financial documents like bills and balance sheets.
Internet basics, including online services such as shopping, money transfers, and form filling, are also addressed. Additionally, participants learn email services with an emphasis on etiquette, Google tools, and creating professional communications. The course concludes with MS PowerPoint, teaching slide creation, transitions, animations, and presentation design. This hands-on program equips learners with practical skills for professional data entry roles.

Placement Support Details
To enhance employability after course completion, students receive career counseling, training, internships, and expert-led sessions totaling 30 hours. Additionally, an industry exposure visit is organized to familiarize students with workplace culture and equip them with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a professional environment.
Certification Details
We offer two types of certifications under this course: Dell Certification and Participation Certification.
Dell Certification
To receive a Dell Certification, students must pass a final exam. On passing, a hard copy certificate will be issued and will include the student's name, course completed, location where the course was taken, course duration, and the final grade achieved.
Students who either do not take the final exam or do not pass but maintain at least 40% attendance will be awarded a Participation Certification.
Participation Certification
A hard copy certificate will be issued and will include the student's name, guardian's name, enrolment number, course participated in, and course duration.
