About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Field Mobiliser to drive our community health initiatives focused on rural women. The role involves mobilising communities, supporting training programs, ensuring follow-ups, and documenting results. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women’s health and empowerment at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

Community Mobilisation

  • Identify and engage women and adolescent girls for health and menstrual hygiene sessions.

  • Collaborate with community and group leaders for training workshops.

  • Build trust with families to encourage active participation and reduce stigma.

Training Coordination

  • Assist in planning and organising ToT and community sessions.

  • Ensure timely participation and attendance of all participants.

  • Communicate session details, including dates, times, and venues, effectively.

Follow-up & Support

  • Conduct regular follow-up visits with trained leaders.

  • Provide guidance for community-level sessions.

  • Report challenges such as myths, taboos, or resistance within the community.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate attendance records and field data.

  • Document feedback, case studies, and success stories.

  • Submit timely daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Awareness & Outreach

  • Support community meetings, campaigns, and health awareness activities.
  • Promote positive behavioural changes regarding women’s health and menstrual hygiene.

Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 10+2 (Graduate in B.Sc. Nursing/B.Pharma/B.Sc. in Community Health/Public Health/Social Work/ Sociology/ Rural Development preferred)

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Forms).
    • Ability to use smartphones and apps for data collection and communication.
    • Comfortable with email and virtual communication platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Female candidate with strong communication skills in local language and Hindi.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Gurugram if living far from the project site.
  • Own scooty/vehicle for field travel (mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
